There is something special about Northwest Minnesota— it’s not just the natural beauty or the fertility of the land.

It’s the people who live here. Our roots in the community go back generations and we believe hard work, stable families, and a commitment to our neighbors are values worth preserving.

My family’s concrete firm has been building firm foundations in our community for three generations and our roots go back even further.

My wife Skyler and I are raising our children in the same community that our ancestors helped settle because we know that with deep roots, they can reach for the sky and succeed. We want to make sure our children can raise theirs in a growing, vibrant community filled with opportunity.

I am running to be your State Senator for the same reason Skyler and I are raising our children here: to build upon the solid foundations our parents and grandparents started for us.
